Evers & Sons Announces Fabrication Project Award | Eleven 42-Inch Mainline Valve Assemblies

Evers & Sons is pleased to announce the award of a new fabrication project involving eleven 42-inch mainline valve assemblies for a major energy infrastructure project.

Our fabrication team will build each assembly around a 42-inch weld-end mainline valve, adding pipe on each side and an integrated 12-inch bypass system. The scope also includes NDE, hydrotesting, coating and final quality control before the assemblies are prepared for field installation.

This award comes on the heels of a significant investment in automation technology at our fabrication facility, with five new systems expanding our capabilities, efficiency and capacity:

  • Lincoln Electric PythonX® Structural Processing System

  • Torchmate® 5100 CNC Plasma Cutting Table

  • LISSMAC SMD 133 Deburring & Edge Rounding System

  • HGG SPC 1200 PT

  • Novarc SWR™ Spool Welding Robot
