They can now watch it building and stop it while the month is still running.

Managing AI spend is not like managing SaaS. A SaaS license bills at a fixed rate per seat, so the cost is known before the month begins. Tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, and others bill by token usage, so one high-usage week or one unmonitored agent can consume a month’s allocation in hours.
